MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

THE BOX is a motorsport membership platform. By becoming a member, you gain access to the platform, community features, educational content, resources, and eligible membership benefits. Membership is a subscription-based service.

2. SUBSCRIPTION

Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. THE BOX offers a 7-day free trial for new members. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.

3. WHAT MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

Members receive access to: the THE BOX platform and community, educational content and resources, webinars and guest sessions, eligibility for funding opportunities, eligibility for member rewards and giveaways, and exclusive opportunities as they become available. The specific benefits available may change over time.

4. WHAT MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE

Membership does not guarantee: funding, prizes, sponsorships, or financial support of any kind; selection for any specific programme or opportunity; any specific outcome or result from participation. Funding opportunities and member rewards are additional benefits that may be offered to eligible members.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

6. MEMBER CONDUCT

Members must comply with the Community Guidelines at all times. THE BOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

7. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

THE BOX reserves the right to modify membership features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance.
