By using The Box — including creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a subscription, using the app, submitting content, applying for funding, entering giveaways, or taking part in the community — you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Rules, Funding Rules and Giveaway Rules.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app or any of its features.

The Box is a UK-based motorsport membership platform created to help drivers, riders and motorsport people access resources, guidance, opportunities, funding information, community support and member-only content.

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription, manage payment, enter funding rounds or take part in giveaways or promotions.

If a user is under 18, they must have permission from a parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian is responsible for the account, payment, applications and activity.

The Box is not responsible for users giving false information about age, racing experience, budget, licence status, location or eligibility.

The Box may provide:

Features may change, improve, be removed, renamed or updated at any time.

The Box does not guarantee racing results, sponsorship, funding, professional contracts, team placements, prize wins, motorsport success, income, career progression or any specific outcome. Any advice, guidance, resources, AI-style answers, webinars, funding information or opportunity listings are for general educational and informational purposes only.

Motorsport is dangerous. Users are responsible for their own safety, equipment, licence, insurance, vehicle/bike/kart condition, track rules, event rules and legal compliance.

The Box is not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, mechanical failures, event issues, unsafe driving/riding, financial decisions or motorsport participation decisions.

Any AI-style coach, racing manager, analysis tool or guidance feature is for support only. It may be wrong, incomplete or not suitable for the user's exact situation.

Users must use their own judgement and should not rely on the app as professional coaching, legal, medical, financial, engineering, safety or performance advice.

• —The Box is a subscription product.
• —Pricing may be monthly, annual, promotional, founding member, discounted or trial-based.
• —A free trial may be offered, such as 7 days.
• —After the free trial, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• —Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not want to be charged.
• —Prices may change, but existing users will be told clearly where required.
• —Payments are processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe.
• —The Box does not store full card details.
• —Users must keep payment details accurate and up to date.
• —Failed payments may result in paused, restricted or cancelled access.

Cancellation: Users can cancel clearly and simply from their account settings, payment portal or by contacting support@theboxmotorsport.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or stated in the refund policy.

• —Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• —Users can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
• —Refunds may be considered at The Box's discretion for technical errors, duplicate payments or exceptional cases.
• —No refund is guaranteed because a user did not use the app, forgot to cancel, did not win funding, did not win a giveaway, did not receive a specific opportunity, or did not achieve a racing result.
• —Nothing in the policy affects statutory consumer rights.

Users are responsible for keeping login details safe. They must not share accounts, sell access, scrape content, copy resources, abuse the platform, impersonate others or create fake accounts.

The Box may suspend or remove accounts that break rules, abuse features, manipulate promotions, chargeback unfairly, harass others or damage the platform.

Users may upload or submit information such as:

• —Photos
• —Race results
• —Lap times
• —Goals
• —Journal entries
• —Funding applications
• —Comments or posts

Users confirm they have the right to upload anything they submit. They must not upload illegal, offensive, stolen, misleading, copyrighted, private, defamatory, abusive or unsafe content.

The Box may remove content at any time if it breaches rules or creates risk.

By submitting content to The Box, users grant The Box permission to store, display and use that content inside the app for the purpose of operating the service.

The Box will not use a user's personal story, photo, profile or funding application publicly in marketing without permission, unless the user has clearly agreed or submitted it for that purpose.

Users must not:

• —Harass, threaten, bully or abuse others
• —Post hate speech or discriminatory content
• —Scam, spam or mislead other members
• —Share private messages without permission
• —Promote dangerous or illegal behaviour
• —Sell fake opportunities
• —Pretend to represent teams, sponsors or brands falsely
• —Manipulate votes, giveaways or funding applications
• —Share another member's personal data without consent
• —Damage the reputation or safety of the community

The Box can warn, mute, suspend, remove or ban users at its discretion.

The Box may promote, list, organise or contribute towards funding opportunities, Driver Support Funds, grants, giveaways, partner offers, scholarships, webinars, sponsor introductions or motorsport programmes.

• —Funding is not guaranteed.
• —Opportunities may have eligibility rules.
• —The Box can choose, shortlist, review, accept or reject applications.
• —Users may need to provide proof of motorsport use.
• —Funding must be used for genuine motorsport-related purposes only, unless stated otherwise.
• —The Box may request evidence such as receipts, photos, booking confirmations, race entries or invoices.
• —The Box may refuse, cancel or recover funding if the user lies, manipulates, abuses the process, provides false information, breaches rules or uses funds incorrectly.
• —The Box can change dates, amounts, structure, format or availability of funding rounds.
• —Funding may be funded by The Box, partners, sponsors or other sources.
• —Being a paying member does not guarantee selection.

• —Each giveaway will have its own rules, prize, closing date, eligibility and winner selection method.
• —No purchase should be necessary where legally required.
• —Winners may be chosen by random draw, skill-based selection, member vote, admin review or a combined method, depending on the specific promotion.
• —The selection method must be stated clearly for each promotion.
• —The Box must not exaggerate the chance of winning.
• —Prizes must be awarded as described or with a reasonable equivalent if the original prize becomes unavailable.
• —Winners may need to respond within a stated timeframe.
• —The Box may disqualify entries that are fake, automated, duplicated, manipulated, abusive, ineligible or against the rules.
• —Employees, partners, suppliers, close family or anyone directly connected to a promotion may be excluded where needed to keep the promotion fair.
• —The Box may publish winner first name, region or username where legally allowed, but should avoid unnecessary personal data.
• —Users are responsible for tax, travel, insurance, licence, safety equipment and any extra costs unless stated otherwise.
• —The Box is not responsible for prize misuse, damage, injury or third-party issues.

The Box may link to third-party websites, brands, teams, events, coaches, products or opportunities. The Box is not responsible for third-party websites, pricing, availability, decisions, contracts, safety, delivery, advice or services.

Users should check third-party terms before buying, applying or attending.

The Box will try to keep the app running but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, updates, third-party issues, hosting problems, payment provider issues or circumstances outside our control.

All branding, design, copy, resources, quizzes, app structure, templates, guides, videos, graphics and platform content belong to The Box or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Users must not copy, resell, distribute, clone, scrape or reproduce The Box content without written permission.

Personal data that may be collected includes:

Data is stored securely but no system is 100% secure.

The website and app may use cookies, pixels or analytics to operate the service, remember preferences, understand traffic, improve marketing and measure conversions. A cookie notice or banner may be displayed where required.

Users may receive service emails about their account, billing, updates, funding, webinars or important changes. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from where required. Transactional/service emails may still be sent.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Box is not liable for indirect loss, lost racing opportunities, lost profits, lost sponsorship, injury, accidents, vehicle damage, event cancellation, user mistakes, third-party failures, inaccurate user content, or reliance on guidance provided in the app.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as fraud or liability where the law does not allow exclusion.

The Box may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches terms, creates risk, abuses the platform, fails payment, manipulates funding or giveaways, harasses others, infringes IP, or causes legal or reputational harm.

The Box may update these terms from time to time. Users should check the page regularly. Major changes may be communicated by email, app notice or website notice where appropriate. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local consumer law gives the user mandatory rights elsewhere.
