FUNDING TERMS
1. OVERVIEW
THE BOX may periodically offer funding opportunities to eligible members through the Driver Support Fund and other programmes. These terms govern all funding opportunities offered through THE BOX.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Funding opportunities are available to active members of THE BOX. Each funding programme may have specific eligibility requirements which will be published alongside the opportunity. Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.
3. SELECTION PROCESS
Funding recipients are selected according to the criteria published for each individual programme. The selection process is managed by THE BOX and its decisions are final. THE BOX reserves the right to modify selection criteria at any time.
4. NO GUARANTEE
Funding is never guaranteed. Membership of THE BOX does not entitle any member to funding. The availability, amount, and frequency of funding opportunities are at the sole discretion of THE BOX.
5. USE OF FUNDING
Funding provided through THE BOX must be used for the purpose specified in the funding programme. Recipients may be required to provide evidence of how funding has been used. Misuse of funding may result in disqualification from future programmes and membership termination.
6. PUBLICITY
Funding recipients may be featured in THE BOX marketing and communications. By accepting funding, recipients agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities.
7. CHANGES
THE BOX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue funding programmes at any time with reasonable notice.
